Yes. It’s designed for private corporate formats (offsites, retreats, brand gatherings, client entertainment) with on-site accommodation and multiple indoor/outdoor zones.

Capacity is confirmed case-by-case based on format (meeting, cocktail, dinner), indoor/outdoor use, production footprint and operating constraints.

Typically exclusive use of the estate for the booking period and baseline services defined in the agreement. Catering, production (AV/lighting), security and special cleaning are usually separate.
Often yes, under conditions (insurance, method statements, access rules, kitchen and cleaning responsibilities). Some formats may require approved vendors.
Yes. Spaces are configured to support sessions plus separate zones for breakouts and hospitality. AV is usually brought in based on agenda needs.
